Gelang Patah Parliament Seat Contest Odd : 50 ~ 50

YB Lim Kit Siang is currently the Parliament Member of Gelang Patah, he defeated former Johor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Ghani by more than 14000 votes. It is very interesting that Gelang Patah won by MCA by more than 7000 votes in 2008, why the sudden reversal of fortune of this type of magnitude.

YB Lim Kit Siang has made his intention to retire his political career in Johor, so, his contest in Gelang Patah in GE 14 could be his last. Does YB Lim save the best for the last ?

Thanks to no small part by YB Lim self's making, the current odd of winning Gelang Patah between PR and BN is 50 ~ 50.

One, YB Lim never take servicing his constituency seriously and he has a ton of reason to not do so.

Two, All the ground work of winning Gelang Patah is actually laid by the former DAP Johor Chief YB Boo Chen Hau. Dr. Boo however is replaced by YB Liew Chin Tong thanks to YB Lim.

Three, All the disputes within PR has turned off voters' enthusiasm for this political alliance.

Four, BN has never stop working on the ground level despite the loss.
