5 Elements of Management

If we are to take thing apart and then put in together again, we will find out that it is always consists of 5 elements.

1. Core competency, start with what are you good at.

2. Overcome adversity, this separate the contenders from the pretenders.

3. Consistency, when you are good once, this maybe due to luck factor, but if you are good many times  in a row, then, it must be due to something good inside you

4. Building alliance, resource is meant to be shared, of course, you also have to be very selective in choosing the right persons to share your resource with.

5. Goal setting, contrary to many, goal is a moving post, once you achieve the lowest goal, move to the middle goal and then maybe the highest goal.
